Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Mounting Laminating and Cutting Technician to produce finished graphics by laminating, mounting, trimming, and cutting printed materials according to work orders.

You will operate AGL laminators, Zünd digital cutters, and Mimaki plotter cutters, verify files and materials, and perform quality checks before moving to the next production stage. The role requires safe equipment operation, precise workmanship, and clear communication with production teams to

Qualifications

Read and follow work orders, measurements, and finish instructions.
Knowledge of mounting and lamination methods and pressure-sensitive materials.
Experience with Zünd digital cutters and Mimaki plotter cutters preferred.

Responsibilities

Review work orders and finishing instructions before production.
Set up and operate AGL laminators for overlaminate, adhesive, or film application.
Mount graphics to substrates with correct adhesive and avoid bubbles or edge lift.
Operate Zünd digital cutters and monitor cut quality.
Operate Mimaki plotter cutters for contour cutting and finishing.
Finish graphics with hand tools to required dimensions and appearance.
Inspect finished work for size, alignment, adhesion, and quality; report defects.
