Actalent is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform testing and analysis on data center and hydraulic products in a dedicated Englewood, CO lab. You will operate specialized equipment, prepare samples, collect data, and generate reports for engineering review.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and hands-on learning in a tight-knit team. The position is contract-based with a 12-hour continental schedule (three days on, two off, two on, three off).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4–8 years in lab, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Experience with data centers, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of metrology tools and calipers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and data analysis on hydraulic and data center products.
• Operate lab equipment and measurement tools for mechanical tests.
• Prepare samples, label, and handle specimens for tests.
• Record data accurately using data acquisition systems.
• Generate test reports and support engineering development.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment; ensure safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate test status clearly.
