Qualifications

• 2+ years of working laboratory experience required.
• 1+ years of scientific equipment maintenance required.
• Certification options: MLT/MT/CLS/MLS (ASCP/AMT); RVT/CVT/LVT preferred.
• Proficient with LIS, MS Office, and collaboration tools like MS Teams and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly equipment and instrumentation maintenance for laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Operations, QA to integrate systems and establish inventory.
• Contribute to project timelines, progress reports, and lessons learned.
• Lead training sessions and participate in validation testing during lab expansions.
