Job summary

MPE is seeking a dedicated Inserting Team Member to join our Milwaukee facility. You will operate inserting equipment and read mechanical drawings, ensuring parts are inserted to print dimensions and verified for quality. The role requires basic hand/power tool use and the ability to follow work orders and instructions precisely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Must read and understand work orders, mechanical drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Insert hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger equipment.
• Read mechanical drawings and verify dimensions per print.
• Verify parts to print and review colleagues’ work.
