Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/understand basic instructions and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow operator work instructions and sample boards.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain production counts.
• Inspect parts for defects and assemble components to molded parts.
• Package and label parts accurately and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate quality or production issues to shift lead promptly.
