Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with injection molding, mold setting, and secondary equipment.
• Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred.
• Fanuc controls and Motoman robotics experience preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and goal-driven with a dedication to constant improvement.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-level, project-based environments with timelines and cost.

Responsibilities

• Directing and monitoring the production schedule with mold and material changes.
• Troubleshooting processes and inspecting parts to ensure quality.
• Verifying paperwork and startup/in-process inspections.
• Preparing support equipment as needed in production.
• Ensuring molding machines and automated systems meet parameters and goals.
• Reading blueprints and measuring with calipers.
• Designing, forming, cleaning, and positioning molds and cores.
• Troubleshooting molding machines and equipment.
• Cross-training and other duties as required.
