Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of auto painting, construction painting, and airless paint spraying techniques.
• Familiarity with mechanical processes and materials handling.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for surface preparation.
• Understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix paint and coatings to achieve colors and consistencies.
• Apply paint with a pneumatic spray gun.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
