Job summary

Ace Sanitary is seeking a Fabricator in Ohio to build hose assemblies that meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. You will select fittings, cut and label hoses, assemble and crimp components, and test each assembly while recording results.

You will work with other departments, cross-train, and help where needed, while championing safety, maintaining housekeeping, and following regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential forklift usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork, accuracy in data entry, and attention to detail are essential.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator are required.
• Must be able to stay motivated and meet deadlines.
• Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch; use calipers.
• Good manual dexterity; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select fittings according to customer orders.
• Cut hose to length and label it.
• Assemble and crimp hoses and fittings according to established standards.
• Test hose assemblies and record the results.
• Work with other departments, cross-train, and help where needed.
• Champion safety, company culture, and ethics.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
