Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Parflex Division in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a hose assembly technician to join a busy production cell. You will cut and assemble polyflex hoses, install fittings, perform quality inspections, and document test results in accordance with 5S and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and regular equipment setup, calibration, and problem solving to improve efficiency. Prior production experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment per schedule and ensure proper setup for assembly.
• Assemble hoses and fittings, select dies, and tighten connections per specifications.
• Inspect and test products for proper pressure and quality, recording results.
• Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
