Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and manufacturing sketches.
• Able to lift heavy loads.
• Experience with honing processes and tooling selection is a plus.
• Knowledge of Quality Control instruments (gages, micrometers, dial bores).
• Security screening requirements per ITAR directives.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates portable hone and mandrels to hone surfaces to specifications.
• Completes installation process to place bushings in assemblies.
• May use optical inspection equipment.
• Reports production time for each job to supervisor.
