You will read blueprints, interpret router instructions, and use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions, maintain an organized work area, and support continuous improvement in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a technical school or equivalent, plus 4 years related experience.
• Experience operating National Headers; 1 die 2 blow; multiple dies and blows.
• Ability to read safety rules, procedures, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Review tooling setup, tooling selection, and part specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality or process issues during production.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and specifications.
• Train new operators and uphold company policies and safety standards.
