Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret job instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurement and tolerances.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must pass a ruler and line clearance test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate guillotine cutter to customer specifications.
• Perform process inspections to ensure quality product.
• Make inserts and ensure correct measurements for production.
• Perform weekly and monthly machine maintenance.
• Read job tickets and interpret customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust knives as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas of the plant.
• Maintain good attendance and communicate with team.
