The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical aptitude, with willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety instructions.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, milling, screening, conveying, and packaging equipment in cottonseed flour production.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality compliance.
• Package finished products into bags/railcars as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues to maintenance.
