Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read a ruler for measurement checks.
• Capability to perform medium to high dexterity tasks repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required by production tasks.
• Effective communication with production leadership and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and processes.
• Experience in a structured manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of case and mount products by following established workflows, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Build products using repetitive assembly processes while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Assemble changing product configurations and adapt to new designs and production requirements.
• Safely operate hand tools, light assembly equipment, and production machinery.
• Operate and maintain auxiliary production equipment per SOPs.
• Verify part numbers and inspect components to ensure quality.
• Scan, test, and verify products using testing equipment to confirm performance.
• Create and apply product labels accurately per production specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and assist where needed.
• Report defects or deviations to the Production Team Lead.
