Quality Talent Group seeks a skilled furniture assembler to create quality pieces through precise assembly techniques and careful workmanship. You will be hands-on with components, continually checking for defects and maintaining high standards on every item.

You will inspect, repair, and refine products, use digital tools to document production, and master specialized equipment to ensure safe, accurate results and professional packaging for delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
• Comfort operating machinery and hand tools with precision while following procedures.
• Accurate recording of production information using various methods.
• Keen eye for identifying defects and taking initiative to repair.
• Adherence to safety protocols and a safety-first mindset.
