Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain furnace equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Observe and record air, temperature, and system gauges.
• Identify and report equipment issues or deviations to supervision.
• Ensure emissions comply with regulations and standards.
• Conduct daily furnace inspections and report safety concerns.
• Weigh materials using furnace scales and maintain records.
• Perform routine checks and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Support additional tasks as assigned.
