Job summary

SPATCO is seeking an Environmental Compliance Technician to perform precision testing, inspections, and maintenance on fuel storage and dispensing equipment. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability while supporting corrective actions and safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting results, calibrating tools, and coordinating with site personnel on inspection activities. Travel to assigned locations and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

Familiar with fueling systems and testing procedures.
Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Ability to read and interpret procedures and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

Perform precision testing and inspections on fuel storage tanks, piping systems, and fuel dispensing equipment.
Conduct compliance and operational tests in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Inspect fueling equipment for leaks, malfunctions, wear, and safety concerns.
Document test results, inspection findings, and maintenance activities accurately.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend or perform corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.
Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and supervisors regarding inspection and testing activities.
Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
Respond to service calls and assist with emergency troubleshooting when required.
