Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit wood and composite materials with precision.
• Form, mold construction and assembly per project requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and train junior fabricators on fabrication techniques and safety.
• Ensure quality control through inspection and measurements.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet project schedules.

Responsibilities
