Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring Pickers with Forklift Experience in Brookshire, TX 77423 to accurately pull and prepare orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and bin locations using RF scanners and picking tickets while inspecting products for damage. This is an in-person role with safety-first procedures and a focus on accuracy, productivity, and orderly staging of orders.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Ability to read item numbers, labels, and picking documents.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse products safely.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and bin locations.
• Use picking tickets or RF scanners to complete assigned orders.
• Inspect products for visible damage before completing the order.
• Label and stage completed orders in the designated area.
• Report shortages, damages, and inventory discrepancies to the team lead.
• Follow all warehouse safety and material-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet established picking accuracy and productivity standards.
• Assist with replenishment and other warehouse duties as required.
