Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Forklift Operator to move furniture and houseware in our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and stock pickers to stock, retrieve, lift, carry and position merchandise while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Candidates should have basic English, good communication, and be able to work as part of a team. The role includes daily tasks that support efficient order fulfillment and product flow across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English language proficiency.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience operating power industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move merchandise.
• Perform safety checks on lifts and report issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Assist with housekeeping and organization in the distribution center.
• Rotate through departments to meet business needs.
