Starting pay is $24.51 per hour with a Mon-Thurs 6a-6p schedule (and Mon-Wed 6a-6p) and weekly pay. Responsibilities include reading dimensional layouts, operating tools, and maintaining equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years operating machinery preferred; safety-focused.
• Ability to read drawings and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate forging, cleaning, and machining equipment per JSWPs and quality processes.
• Meet customer demand while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Perform operator based preventive maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Shipping, receiving and utility work; process audits and sorting for shipment.
