Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Finisher in a similar role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Use tools for sanding, painting, staining, and polishing.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make repairs.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper tool storage.
• Communicate with team members for project completion.
