Pigott is seeking a skilled Interior Finish Carpenter to join our Interior Construction team. You will translate detailed layouts and architectural plans into precise on-site finishes, working with Lead Technicians and Project Managers to deliver high-quality interior environments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of finish carpentry or commercial/residential construction experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Finish carpentry experience or work in commercial/residential construction.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools on site.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing interior construction systems and wall components.
• Receive, unload, stage, and organize materials for job sites.
• Ensure proper layout and alignment prior to installation.
• Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Project Managers for efficient projects.
• Communicate issues, updates, and progress professionally.
• Perform punch list work, troubleshooting, repairs, and service items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Support furniture installation teams when interior work is slow.
