Wieland North America, Inc is seeking a Machine Operator in Wheeling, IL to set up and run Fin Tube milling centers, inspect output, and support quality reviews. You will manage material scans, perform production checks, and operate an overhead crane as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, with a base pay of $21.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift differential and a 3rd shift schedule. Monday-Wednesday nights with weekend work optional.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized work area
• Willingness to report incidents and suggest improvements

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Fin Tube machines to meet tolerances and drawings.
• Inspect in-process material and report nonconforming items.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and use PPE per site rules.
• Record quality data and material usage accurately in system.
