The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, and good mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English; bilingual a plus.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude; able to use hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to follow directions.
• 2 years' experience in metal fabrication or adjacent field.
• Ability to take direction from peers and supervision to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Regular predictable attendance required.
• Keep workstation and surrounding area clean and orderly.
• Ensure product quality and meet production goals.
• Suggest improvements to current processes.
• Use precision measurement tools and log results to ensure specifications.
• Follow instructions and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
