Job summary

New Hudson Facades, Linwood, PA, is seeking mechanically inclined technicians for a full-time third-shift role. You will operate and set up production machinery, read blueprints, and help drive quality outcomes across a busy manufacturing cell.

Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring equipment, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or similar manufacturing (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn—training provided on our equipment and processes
• Ability to read measurements and follow written procedures; safety-minded

• Document production counts and quality outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized cell
• Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to hit production goals
