Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand all posted work instructions, and Hose Construction Documents.
• Work independently to complete daily tasks within allotted time frame.
• Use Excel, Word and Access for schedules and record keeping; IQMS, Shop Data, IQRF.
• Label products for delivery to customers.
• Read, understand, and complete all required documentation associated with production.
• Track records including spool, scrap, and material consumption.
• Adhere to departmental and company quality standards.
• Tasks must be performed within scheduled times.
• Suggest ideas to improve products and/or processes.
• Use measuring tools such as caliper, pin gauge, and tape measure.
• Keep a clean and safe workplace and follow all policies and procedures.
• Follow ISO 9001 Quality system procedures when applicable.
• 5S and organization of the work environment.
