Qualifications

• Must read and write in English and communicate clearly.
• Team-oriented with good communication across departments.
• Punctual and reliable attendance according to company policy.
• Able to perform semi-routine tasks with attention to deviations.
• Work independently within approved process documentation.
• Ability to analyze charts and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Operates multiple processes on high speed manufacturing equipment.
• Participates in equipment changeovers or set-ups.
• Monitors processes to ensure high quality production.
• Communicate problems and changes to keep line performance.
• Remove defective product from the processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Contribute to Kaizen actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
