Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking an Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Technician to maintain, repair, calibrate, and inspect in-house production equipment. You will help manage preventive maintenance, ensure traceability and calibration records, and support asset tracking and procurement to keep operations ready.

You will troubleshoot using meters, read drawings, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in manufacturing.
• OSHA safety training or certification a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, pneu­matic diagrams; follow SOPs.
• Proficient with maintenance/asset management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliability.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using meters and gauges; coordinate with suppliers for support.
• Maintain documentation for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.
• Identify issues and propose improvements, escalating when needed.
