Job summary

Sadoff Iron and Metal is seeking an Electronics Production Technician to teardown, sort, and consolidate used computers, laptops, servers, and electronics for recycling and resale. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and solid technical knowledge to ensure safe, efficient processing.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check per R2 standards for handling sensitive data.
• Experience safely using forklifts, lift trucks, and hand trucks preferred.
• Willingness to work hard and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Electronic Tear Down: physically dismantle electronic systems using appropriate tools.
• Sorting: categorize components into segregated groups.
• Material Inventory: consolidate, package, label, and track materials.
• Managing Inventory: operate an inventory system with proper labeling.
• Quality Verification: check segregated materials before shipping.
