Schaefer's Electrical Enclosures in Missouri is seeking an Assembler to build electrical enclosures, sub-panels, and related hardware per drawings and SOPs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to quality and safety procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Prior assembly experience is preferred. You will use hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools, read blueprints, measure parts, and document production paperwork.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and basic blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic hand and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble enclosures and sub-assemblies using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
• Install sub-panels and hardware including screws, nuts, handles, latches, gaskets, and related components.
• Prepare finished products for delivery by inspecting functional defects and cosmetic appearance.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain quality checks and report defects to supervisor.
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
