Staffmark Group in Alexandria, MN is hiring an Electrical Assembler to build quality electrical components and subassemblies. You will read schematics, use hand and power tools, and follow detailed work instructions to keep production moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience with electrical assembly or related trades, and strong attention to detail. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
Technical training in electrical assembly, electronics, construction trades, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to drawings and customer specifications.
Run wires, install sensors, route conduit, and connect cables.
Read schematics and production instructions to guide assembly.
Set up and organize workstations, tools, materials, and supplies for assembly operations.
Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assemblies safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed assemblies for proper function and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Assist with additional assembly and production tasks as assigned.
