Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Assembler to perform general duties under the direction of the production supervisor. You will install lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet, and contribute to productivity and quality.

You will work with team members, identify wire types, follow ISO safety standards, and help keep work areas clean while adhering to OSHA guidelines. This role supports Hubbell's mission in critical infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Read, use, and understand measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
  • Understanding measurements using standard and metric devices.
  • Proficiency with hand tools such as side cutters and lineman pliers.

Responsibilities

  • Install lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet.
  • Work independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify lead wire and terminal types and install them per production specification sheet.
  • Assure that all products meet the highest standard of quality.
  • Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
  • Adhere to all company rules and policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Ensure that work practices comply with OSHA standards.
  • Operate a hoist safely.
