Brehob Corporation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a skilled Motor Winder to join our motor winding department. You will diagnose, repair and wind motors and generators in line with EASA guidelines using diagnostic equipment.

Requirements: 1–3 years in electrical/mechanical repair, familiarity with motor connections and AC/DC theory, high school diploma; able to pass pre-employment drug screen. AA/EOE.

Formación

• Familiarity with various electric motor & generator connections.
• Knowledge of AC and DC theory and electrical circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Identify equipment needing repair (AC/DC motors, generators, armatures, transformers, coils).
• Diagnose and test equipment using diagnostic equipment (megger, hi-pot, test panels).
• Dismantle equipment and document winding data and internal winding data.
• Wind coils, apply insulation, perform final electrical and mechanical tests.
