Qualifications

• Experience in conventional machining including milling, drilling, and turning.
• Ability to read simple drawings and document information clearly.
• US Person under ITAR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and switch jobs as required
• Operate 2+ EDM machines in a cell
• Perform part inspection and adjustment
• Maintain logs and data entry for production
• Move parts and maintain clean work area
• Verify parts conform to traveler before sign-off
• Track scrap and apply corrective actions
• Maintain inspection gauges and tooling
• Provide team-based support and communicate with staff
• Adhere to AS9100 and quality standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments
• Complete required documentation and records
