Job summary

UrbanForm Developments in Washington state is seeking a Dismantler to safely dismantle mechanical and electronic equipment according to company procedures, and to sort dismantled parts for recycling or disposal.

You will inspect components for damage, report findings to your supervisor, read technical manuals and diagrams, and operate hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery while maintaining strict safety practices and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino national with legal authorization to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or in a related role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle mechanical and electronic equipment according to company procedures
• Sort and organize dismantled parts for recycling or disposal
• Inspect components for damage or defects and report findings to supervisor
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery as needed
• Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
