Job summary

Interstate-Packagin is seeking an HP Digital Printing Press Finisher to complete post-press finishing operations with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety. You will operate laminators, slitters, die cutters, and related equipment, while inspecting finished products and recording production data in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical work preferred.
• Read and interpret work orders, specs, and production schedules to guide finishing operations.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds as part of job duties.
• Must stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods; handle repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on products produced by digital printing presses.
• Set up, operate, and adjust finishing equipment including slitters/rewinders, laminators, die cutters, sheeters, trimmers, rewind systems, and packaging equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections throughout production.
• Read work orders, job tickets, specs, and production schedules; stage next job’s materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following 5S and GMP standards.
