Senior plc – GA Precision in Franklin, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Deburring Operator for the 1st shift. You will remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts, inspect with calipers, and read blueprints to ensure quality.

You will maintain a clean, safe workstation, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with the team to meet production schedules. Prior deburring experience and CNC familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience in deburring/operator role in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in repetitive tasks.
• Skilled with deburring tools, grinding equipment, and hand tools.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.
• Physically able to stand and perform repetitive hand/arm movements.
• Preferred: CNC or automated deburring experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of multiple deburring methods.
• Preferred: Familiarity with QC processes and manufacturing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate deburring equipment and hand tools to remove burrs, flash, and sharp edges from machined parts with precision and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify they meet established specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand deburring requirements for each component
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Identify and report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors immediately
• Perform repetitive deburring tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent quality throughout the shift
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Document work completed and maintain accurate records of parts processed
