Job summary

FORCE America in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a detail-first finish assembler to deburr manifold blocks and finish features to print. You’ll keep production flowing, verify specs, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area.

You’ll review work instructions, select the right hand and power tools, update inventory records, and communicate quality issues with the team to hit daily goals. Prior manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Hands-on skill with common hand and power tools.
  • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization to meet customer expectations.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Standing or Sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Reaching - extending and pulling the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction while working with various tools as mentioned above.
  • Handling - seizing, holding, grasping, turning, pulling, or otherwise working with hands and arms.
  • Pulling - using arms in such a way as pulling of tools, wrenches, parts, and equipment to complete the job.
  • Manual dexterity - picking, pinching, or otherwise working with fingers primarily.
