FARMAKEIO is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system, reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge. This role supports patient safety and precise record keeping within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

You will process new and refill prescriptions, handle insurance claims, maintain patient profiles, and collaborate with pharmacists to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NationalPTCB certification required.
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment, preferably within a 503A regulated setting.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, practitioners, and team members.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles is highly preferred.
