Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required; trade certifications are a bonus.
• Three to five years of cutter operation experience in a commercial printing environment, Saber cutter experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with tools, gauges, and general troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• Sharp eye for quality and consistency on every job.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machines to produce high-quality printing jobs that meet customer and company expectations.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment to keep production running without a hitch.
• Monitor output for quality and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Work safely and reliably as part of a hard-working, deadline-driven team.
