Job summary

Arrow International Inc. is seeking a full-time Cutter Operator to support the packing department. You will follow instructions, program the cutter for product types, and perform precise cuts while ensuring accuracy of paperwork and layout in trays.

The role emphasizes quality, pace, and adherence to safety and company procedures. Starting wage is $21.05/hr with benefits such as medical, dental, FSA and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Work from written and verbal instructions.
• Program the cutter to match product type.
• Operate the cutter to make precise cuts as needed.
• Put cut product into trays based on serial numbers.
• Verify correct paperwork is added to each tray.
• Check for quality issues and report to line lead.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
