Job summary

Nichiha USA, Inc. is seeking a production operator at our Macon, GA facility. You will follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and perform general plant safety tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Daily duties include operating Width Cut, Angle Cut, and Edger/Router equipment, performing Bonding, Putty and Paint, and packaging finished products. Must lift 20 lbs and stay on your feet, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Understand and follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Complete General Plant Safety Training within first 8 weeks.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Attention to quality and ability to identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Operate Width Cut Machine to cut product to required width.
• Operate Angle Cut Machine to cut products at designated angle.
• Operate Edger and Router to trim edges per specs.
• Bonding operation by applying glue and fitting bonded products.
• Putty and Paint to fill spaces and complete finish.
• Package finished products into packing boxes.
