Responsibilities

• Operate warming mills and cutting machines per SOPs.
• Inspect materials for defects and take measurements with rulers, gauges, calipers.
• Record production data and machine status accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate issues to team/supervisors.
• Tag, record and weigh scrap during the shift.
• Adhere to FIFO inventory practices.
• Wear PPE (gloves, hard hats, steel-toe footwear) and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in safety audits.
