Job summary

Heritage FS, Inc. is seeking a Custom Applicator in Goodland, IN to apply crop inputs, operate application equipment, and support field operations. You will follow label rates, manage blending and storage, and ensure accurate record keeping.

The role requires safety awareness, the ability to lift 60 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to obtain licenses as needed. A CDL may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide or fertilizer licenses as required by state law.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and drug screen; able to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and support sales with proper service.
• Blend products and apply crop inputs per label directions; manage equipment.
• Operate and maintain application equipment; perform basic repairs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and record daily application data.
• Coordinate application schedules and follow maps for precise placement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct vehicle/equipment safety checks.
