Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking motivated associates to join our countertop fabrication team. You will read drawings or orders to determine materials, operate fabrication machinery, and ensure pieces meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include selecting materials, setting up equipment (waterjet saw, edge polishers, CNCs), performing routine maintenance, and inspecting finished parts. A hands-on team environment and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience in countertop fabrication preferred.
• Experience with countertop fabrication equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine specifications from drawings or work orders to determine materials, characteristics, and machine setup.
• Fabricate work pieces per work order specifications.
• Retrieve correct materials and perform fabrication duties.
• Inspect work pieces visually, by touch, or with gauges to ensure standards.
• Operate machinery and maintain it to required standards; perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; follow safety policies.
