Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation.
• Experience on high-speed or high-volume equipment preferred.

• Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, operation, and oversight of high-speed automated winding/converting lines.
• Load raw materials, verify alignment and threading, and maintain steady run conditions.
• Guard quality by conducting visual inspections and dimensional checks using calipers and tape measures.
• Package, stack, and organize finished goods for downstream use or shipment.
• Document production and quality data accurately; uphold all safety and operating procedures.
• Expand value by cross-training on additional machines and processes.
