100KCrossing is seeking a Finishing Technician to manually sand and trim composite parts to engineering specs. You will use hand and power tools, assist with bonding and assembly, and ensure finish quality while following safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, OSHA respirator qualifications, and 0–1 year of finishing experience. You will work in a team‑oriented environment with learning opportunities in manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass respirator fit testing and stay clean‑shaven as required by OSHA.
• May need to wear tight‑fitting respirator for shift duration.
• Complete annual respirator fit testing and medical evaluations.
• 0–1 year of finishing and trim experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use hand and power tools, calipers, gauges, and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Manually sand or trim composite parts per engineering drawings.
• Bond and assemble parts using rivets, fasteners, and adhesives; assist senior techs.
• Ensure assemblies meet bonding materials and engineering specs.
• Prepare surfaces by filling and sanding to finish standards.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to continuous safety improvement.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team to improve productivity.
