Qualifications

• ICAR certification (preferred) or interest in becoming certified.
• OEM certification (preferred) or interest in becoming certified.
• At least two years’ automotive experience.
• Must have a valid, in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to operate an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to obtain needed parts.
• Assess vehicle condition to determine if additional safety or repair work is required.
• Perform all body repairs according to the estimate.
• Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame/unibody repairs.
• Operate all Collision Center equipment safely per AutoNation standards.
• Inspect all work as a Quality Control measure after completion.
• Mix chemicals according to manufacturer directions.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations affecting Collision Center operations.
