Job summary

Americold is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join our cold-chain logistics team in Covington Township, PA. You will assemble and load orders, verify counts, and prepare pallets for shipping in a temperature-controlled environment.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work weekends/shifts, and comfort with manual lifting up to 80 lbs. Prior experience with warehouse tech and safety protocols is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and early morning shifts.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and select cases for store orders daily in an accurate, efficient, and productive manner and assemble orders onto pallets using Talkman and pallet jack.
• Secure selected cases, wrap loads, apply shipping labels, and move assembled pallets to dock or staging area.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections, report unsafe conditions, and comply with safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse security and a safe, clean, orderly work environment; perform other duties as needed.
